everything · one app for the whole job.

everything puts email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, deals, docs and an AI agent into one workspace, on the web and as a native iPhone app. I design it end to end. The job is making a genuinely complicated platform feel simple.

~ the iphone app ~

the whole platform, in one hand

The phone is where complexity hurts most, so the iOS app is built around a few calm surfaces: a morning Brief, one Inbox for every channel, Meetings, and To-dos. Everything else, every record, call and DM, is one tap or one search away.

This is the real app’s screens running on demo data, not a video. Pick a screen, then tap around: open a person from the inbox, pull up search, or open the menu.

~ the profile page ~

one person, every channel

A profile is where the platform’s complexity meets in one place: every conversation across email, LinkedIn, X and WhatsApp, their company, their career, their deals and tasks. The design job is hierarchy: what you need to act on now up top, and the full history a tab away.

Below is the production web app, open on a demo contact. It’s fully live: switch tabs, filter the social feed, open the chat.

~ the system ~

one design system, two platforms

The web app and the native app share one modular system, so a new feature is designed once and lands consistently on both.

  1. 01.
    Shared tokens and components
Ink, surfaces, glass bars, pill tabs, avatars and squircle logos are the same pieces on web and iOS, drawn point for point from the SwiftUI screens.
  2. 02.
    Patterns, not one-offs
Lists, filters, record headers and detail pages follow one pattern across 25+ areas, from deals and contracts to forms and workflows, so learning one teaches you all of them.
  3. 03.
    Built to hand off
Screens carry stable hooks (page titles, filter bars, tab lists), so guided tours and scripted demos spotlight them without one-off work.
~ ai-native ~

an interface that does the work

  1. 01.
    The Brief
Each morning the app writes what needs you today, with your day's meetings and the deals that moved, so the first screen is a summary, not a to-do pile.
  2. 02.
    The agent
A full-screen assistant on iOS and a rail on the web that can read and act across the whole workspace.
  3. 03.
    Enrichment you can see
Profiles fill themselves in, from email and phone to company and career, with clear states for what was found and what is still loading.
~ motion ~

micro-interactions that explain the structure

Motion here is navigation, not decoration. Pages push in and pop out so you always know how deep you are; the menu rises as a sheet from the glass tab bar; to-dos swipe away one at a time; search and the agent present over the page instead of replacing it.
